Terms of Use

Practical terms for using Tasco

These Terms of Use apply to Tasco's early access platform unless a separate written agreement applies.

Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Tasco, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Early access and beta status

Tasco is currently offered as an early access product. Features, workflows, pricing, limits, availability, and outputs may change as the platform improves.

Account responsibility

You are responsible for your login, workspace, uploaded data, workspace membership, and account activity. Keep your Google account and workspace access secure.

Permitted use

You may use Tasco for lawful software planning, delivery analysis, proposal support, estimation, and decision support.

Prohibited use

Do not use Tasco for illegal content, malware, unauthorized confidential data, attempts to bypass authentication or security, abuse of AI or export systems, or reverse engineering where prohibited by law or agreement.

Customer content ownership

You retain ownership of uploaded materials and generated project content, subject to Tasco's right to process that content to provide, secure, and support the service.

AI output disclaimer

Tasco provides AI-assisted decision support. Outputs are not professional, financial, legal, or delivery guarantees. Users must review outputs before making commercial, legal, or delivery commitments.

Estimate and proposal disclaimer

Tasco does not guarantee budgets, timelines, scope accuracy, project success, delivery outcomes, or commercial results. Estimates and proposals depend on the information provided and the assumptions used.

Billing

Plans, limits, upgrades, and subscription terms may apply. If payments are enabled, billing terms and payment processing apply through the configured payment provider.

Service availability

Tasco may be unavailable because of maintenance, errors, AI provider downtime, hosting issues, security events, or upgrades.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tasco is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, lost profit, lost business, project failure, or similar damages arising from use of the service.

Termination

Tasco may suspend or terminate access for abuse, security risk, non-payment where applicable, or violation of these terms.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of Tasco after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
