How Tasco handles customer and workspace data

We may collect your name, email address, Google OAuth profile data, workspace details, uploaded BRDs and documents, project requirements, generated estimates and proposals, usage analytics, and billing or subscription data if billing is enabled for your account.

We use data to provide the Tasco service, generate AI-assisted project analysis, improve the product, support users, monitor security and abuse, and manage billing, subscriptions, and accounts.

You retain ownership of uploaded materials and customer content. Tasco does not claim ownership of your BRDs, requirements, project documents, estimates, proposals, or generated project content. We process this content only to provide the service. Do not upload information you are not authorized to share.

Uploaded content and project context may be processed by configured AI providers, currently Anthropic if enabled, to generate system understanding, estimates, risks, recommendations, proposals, and related outputs. AI outputs depend on input quality and should be reviewed before relying on them.

Tasco may use Google OAuth for authentication, AI providers for analysis, hosting and server infrastructure, database and storage providers, analytics and monitoring tools, and payment providers if billing is enabled.

We retain account, workspace, uploaded, and generated data while the account or workspace remains active. Users may request deletion. Backups, logs, and security records may persist for a limited operational or security period.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect data. No internet service, AI system, database, or hosting environment can guarantee absolute security.

You may request access to your data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion of data, or support with your account by contacting us.
